Canadian (Writing) Style Workshop

What is style when it comes to editing your translations? Why is style important? What is The Canadian Style and why should you use it? What are some examples of The Canadian Style. We will answer these questions and so much more in this engaging and participatory workshop.

This workshop is also important if you would like to attempt the CTTIC translation exam into English as the Canadian Style is used for marking.

This workshop will provide an overview of the Canadian Style website and will focus on particular sections.

  • Agreement (with a grammar review)
  • Common Faults (with a grammar review)
